Fatty Lumpkins` Sandwich Shack in Muskegon

Have enjoyed various Fatty Lumpkins sandwiches over the years, but stopped in for a daily special a few weeks ago and it was a grand slam of a sandwich. A pepperoni pizza sandwich that blew my mind. Grabbed some to-go for my fiancee at work. Looking forward to my next sandwich from this place!

Only the second time in Muskegon, and the first time finding this gem. Wow, the Russian is delicious. The bread was amazing. These people know how to make roast beef super tasty. prices was good, and speedy delivery. They will even deliver it to your truck/vehicle.

A real good sandwich shop. It’s a little out-of-the-way,If you’ve never been there you definitely need to give it a try. Then you’ll be hooked.

It was good. But 2 of the 3 that we got had VERY little meat on them. The third one had a lot. Not sure how soon I'd go back.

Tried this place on a whim when searching for somewhere to eat lunch, our sandwiches were around 8 dollars a piece, which isnt bad for a sandwich shop these days. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich and my wife had a turkey reuben. Both were great and came packed full of high quality lunchmeat.

Not much of a sandwich person but the roast beef sammich was absolutely delicious!!! Was kinda a scared to try the roast because of the quality that I had on previous occasions at other shops but the roast beef was fabulous!!!😋 Good quality deli meat, fresh salad toppings with an amazing horseradish sauce. Can't wait to try some of their other sammiches. ☺

Great and friendly service. Can be slightly crowded but that’s just because their food is amazing. Great sandwiches, great freshly made daily soup choices, and really good brownies. Definitely a gem.

Tiny little place with a funny name and great food. We had five people and everyone loved theirs. Portions are big enough to share and the staff was quick and helpful. Great local place, with fresh ingredients. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Two delicious reuben style sandwiches! They use Boar's Head meat and cheese and fresh bread. Yummy!

This place gets it. If you crave a freshly made sandwich made with the best ingredients, this is your place. I recommend the How Now Brown Cow, but all selections will melt your mind. Don't forget to try the pasta salad or any other of the specials they have.

One of the best sandwich shops you will ever eat at. Creative sandwiches with magnificent service. The location has limited seating so be prepared to wait or take it to go but even then it's worth it.

Delicious and fresh!! Chicken apple pecan salad is my personal favorite! Also great option for my celiac husband! Have had no issues with cross contamination!!

Have been coming here for years. In my Grandma's cozy neighborhood. Wonderful sandwiches, soups, pasta, and salad. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich is really fun. Full of flavor! The staff is very nice.

Food is fantastic! I love this place. It's nice to have something only a few blocks away and so involved in the community. My only complaint is their hours. Because they're so short, there seems to be a constant flow of people. This makes it kinda hard for a high school and college student to eat here. Staff are always friendly and the place is kept clean. It is pretty cramped, so I'd go for take out. Love this place!

Hands down the best sandwich I ever had!!!!! Amazing!!! My boyfriend and I drove from Grand Rapids to Muskegon just eat there and it was even better than what we had from the Food Truck. Great place!

Awesome sandwich shop!!! Haven't had them all but the ones I have are delicious. If you get a large it's two meals. Had the soup a couple times as well and it's just as good as the sandwiches. We vacation here every now and then and always make sure to stop in. I can't recommend this place enough. If your in the area be sure to stop in. Be ready to take your time with the menu because there are a lot of good options.

Awesome atmosphere, better people....now let's talk about the food............the best sub I have ever had. I wish I could articulate how absolutely wonderful the food is. I had the Friday special and was blown away. If you are in Muskegon and do not eat here, you are denying yourself one hell of a meal. The only reason I'm only giving it 5 stars because they dont have 6.

Absolutely fantastic sandwiches! The portion size is large and everything tastes fresh. The dining area is small, but it is an easy place to cram into and meet some new people. The wait is usually short and the food is definitely worth it!

I had the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Also, loved the sweet potato salad. Looks like a family owned business which is just an added bonus. I was greeted upon walking in the door even though the line was almost out the door (that's always a good sign though). Very affordable...I got alot of food for under $10. I didn't know it would be so small inside, so waiting was somewhat uncomfortable because of being in close proximity to people waiting in line and those who were dining in. Just awkward and uncomfortable with bulky winter coats on. However, not all that bad considering my wait was probably 5 minutes max. I'll be back to visit for sure. Sorry there's no picture....it was that good.

Fantastic! Love stopping at Fatty Lumpkins for lunch. Whether it’s to grab and go or stop in with a friend, my sandwich or salad is always delish and the staff has been friendly each time.

Small easy to miss joint that serves amazing sandwiches made any way you like using Boar's Head quality ingredients. Highly recommended.

My family and I stopped here for lunch this weekend and I was beyond impressed. I have allergies and they were super knowledgeable and looked at all the ingredients and helped me find any substitutions. Sandwiches were great and the service was even better, can’t wait to go back.
